The hallway light fixture has been changed out, as well as replacing the two "kid" fans with something more "grown up".Old ceiling fans:New bedroom wall color with new ceiling fan:The nasty, stained carpet is coming out; it was just left there while painting because then it didn't matter if anything got dripped on the floor.

My instinct is to give it back to her in full but there are damages:(1)  There is a 3'X3' stain on the hardwood floors that cannot be removed by cleaning/sanding.
