I partied pretty hard in undergrad plus played a sport so there wasn't much time for work. 

I love to watch and play all sports, big into hockey (go Sabres!)

The successful ones were involved in community activities, sports, and business gatherings.

Yes/NoTax dollars should not be used to fund the building of stadiums for professional or semi-professional sports teams.

Some ideas in my head are - Clothing, Jewelry, Stationary, Organic Foods, Global ethnic products to sell locally, Outdoor Sports, Coffee shop, Yogurt or Ice Cream Shop.I was thinking I could visit some of the local colleges and just market that I have the space for the right person/ biz plan.

Using a sports metaphor here, I view them as a teammate that provides a crucial skill that compliments mine and helps us win.

Most of the people I talk to work full-time, have family obligations, do housework, are involved in sports, have continuing education, and the list goes on.  

One being a small 2 door sports coupe and the other being a nice used Mercedes 4 door.
