Blood and guts are not their problem , you will have to get a crime scene clean up company to do that , and it isnt cheap .

My property manager reached out to the tenant and it was basically getting blood from a stone.

I'm also not sure if this is trying to get blood from a stone.I've never gone down this road so would love some feedback from those who have.  

No need for bad blood, and you could still possibly find a new tenant quickly.
