A legal ADU must have: a sleeping area of at least 77 sq ft with a closet (it can be a "studio" apartment), a bathroom (with its own sink), a cooking area (with its own sink), and then standard egress/ingress sizes. 

The renter was just overall disrespectful of the space and took advantage of things where they could there's a lot more to it than that but I'm trying to keep things short, Ish.I have a folder of basic House Rules like a lights out time and we all should be aware that sound travels, basic stuff.But one particular thing that urged me asking her to leave was I came home from a real estate job around 2am to a pot on the stove that was at a rolling boil and a pan in the oven, meanwhile she is asleep.Going off this it makes me feel like I need to put a rule down for every little thing even though it seems common sense not to leave cooking food unattended.Does anyone have any advice for some house rules that they have created that they would like to share?

I believe in maintaining loyal business relationships.Currently I am acquiring buy/hold properties in southwest suburbs of Cook County(section 8) and in Will County. 

And the politician that gives out the most "free" stuff will be the one that continues to win elections.That sure as hell sounds like a damned good reason we want kids to learn calculus and program robots in high school (to do the jobs of tomorrow) but they never have to write out an amortization table (to figure out how they're getting screwed today).I'm still trying to figure out what kind of slick moves were pulled to kill Home Economics and basic cooking instruction in every high school in America.

Dont have too many cooks in the kitchen.

Granted I did more cooking than swinging a hammer. 8 Hours is a long day but you'll be working with pros in the construction industry, check their work and see how knowledgeable they are.

Big con is too many cooks in the kitchen and decisions can be hard to reach.
