In discussions it sounds as if they either don't have bank accounts and may not have smart phones either.

Yes, a smartphone basically controls our lives is  automating everything for us to check in the security of our homes, emails and monitor if all our sensors in our cars is functioning correctly.

I also used a smart phone and went through at the same time as the realtor and video the walk through so that I could show my buyers pics and video.Anyways, yeah... you will probably be looking for a needle in a haystack and have to go through a lot of marketing/time/leg work/etc to find a good deal.

Have that fearful tenant hop on their smart phone and use their 5G or Fiber wi-fi connection to livestream you (and inspector if relevant) as they walk through the property and look at what you need them to look at.

We're trying to get them on board with bill pay/smart phone transfers - but as they're all inherited tenants we didn't screen them and the previous owner was fine with pony express.

Dmitry,    Im not sure why the "@" isnt working for me maybe  because im on my smart phone but the box with suggested names doesnt pop up after i type the name out with "@" in front of it.

I have the phone number of a commercial broker who was on the commission already in my smartphone that I plan to call as well after hearing back from a few people, though, at the moment, it seems pretty straightforward.
