It is going to take a year until I can put a shovel in the ground.Is this someone you know or how did you find them?

I'd dig around the base of it with a shovel to see if you can find a bottom.

These older houses will never look as clean as the built in the 80s stuff will I don't see anything a little elbow grease won't fix.Clean the place better, the snow shovel laying on the garage floor is a bad look.

Hi @Marc V Palmeri,This may not be what you're looking for but I've recently started using the Plowz & Mowz mobile app for snow removal (plowing & shoveling) at some of my investment properties.

Typically shoveling steps are tenant responsibility but mowing yard/lawn as well as plowing is by owner. 

No other landlord expense like snow shoveling or lawn.

I will be a remote STR host and I will need somebody to keep the yard in good shape and shovel the (occasional) snow.My HUNCH is there must be some kind of Uber/Lyft/AIRBNB-style crowdsourcing platform for these kinds of services.
