What's Expected from Landlords/Tenants in a Single Fam BostonBurb
Hello -
Could use anyones advise who rents or knows about renting single family in the suburbs of Boston. I manage a busy rental office in the city doing over 1000 rental a year but they are all condos in multi-family or buildings. I've picked up a single family in the burbs and am looking to rent it before family moves in a couple years down the road.
I plan to have the tenant do the snow and mow the lawn as well as pay for their own water. Is that normal for single family? Any advice?
Thanks!
Eric
