The only people I've ever seen lose a property to a lawsuit are Landlords acting very badly, like forcing tenants to have sex in exchange for rent.

I DO care if he has a criminal records, is a sex offended or something else they are trying to hide.

In February, I saw a house that is in a C neighborhood and later found out more than 10 registered sex offenders within 1-mile radius.
