Good day everyone Am currently in Ivory Coast and I have been following biggerPocket on YouTube and the broadcast every day for the past six months now I have been reading all the books recommended during the famous Four questions on YouTube during interviews and I have start recruiting my team but for our first property but I have a problem with some of the application such as the biggerPocket calculator because am from Africa so must of these applications doesn’t go along with me.

But as the core of Silicon Valley expanded starting from 2013 (When FANG company suddenly expanded into the Sunnyvale-Santa Clara area and recruited too many engineers), people is starting to invest and move outside the typical San Jose/Sunnyvale/Mt View area to Fremont/Livermore/Dublin.In the last 5 years Dublin also experienced huge expansion, and then people move to Brentwood,Pittsburgh.Some people also move to Stockton, especially blue-collar workers.

Once I find a loan that meets my criteria it will be made at 10-12% and 0-2 points.While it is easy to assume that HM lenders are sharks, consider that many HM lenders are investor funded and as such must constantly recruit investors, pay those investors 8-12%, cover the cost of an initial Reg D filing, and meet the ongoing overhead of salaries, office expenses and so on.

. - Provide them your current and even previous contracts to show employment history and pay- have your recruiter email them and explain your employment and job outlook for travel nurses. - Going forward, I recommend taking as little time between assignments as possible, and also try and stay with 1-2 agencies if you can (obviously don't if other agencies have way better jobs and work better for you)- I would consider trying to get a PRN/Per Diem job where they will allow you to be gone for extended periods of time, that way you can show that you have steady employment where you can go back at anytime and pick up shifts.
