Good day everyone Am currently in Ivory Coast and I have been following biggerPocket on YouTube and the broadcast every day for the past six months now I have been reading all the books recommended during the famous Four questions on YouTube during interviews and I have start recruiting my team but for our first property but I have a problem with some of the application such as the biggerPocket calculator because am from Africa so must of these applications doesn’t go along with me.

It is "recruiting season" in the industry and some events are used as a funnel to get agents and lenders to leave their current companies.Hope this helps!
