Hi all,Is there any resource on the web that can tell me how often rentals pop up in a certain area and how quickly they're snatched up?

I like to be hands on when buying and I don't have the flexibility to fly out there every time a potential deal pops up.

Yeah that's not a bad idea of the REIA meetups , ill even try googling them maybe a good one might pop up and also asking around BP might help also .

To be more specific, this is NOT a new construction, super nice, $2000/month property like we have popping up on EVERY corner in DFW.
