At $150k, I can bring in 10 'new' trailers that would be probably preferred to 'polishing a turd' as my father would say.

It obviously has deferred maintenance and a load of work to do to bring it up to potential value and that will cost money.Unfortunately most owners think buyers should pay top dollar for a turd they have not even bothered to polish.
