If profit is all that matters, why not go whole-hog and start selling cocaine?

One investor I knew in NC used to put his Notice to Pay or Vacate on bright florescent pink paper.

Certainly some cards out perform other however make certain you're prepared and have determine the correct prospects to market to from both a geographically and property characteristics perspective.Here is the card I love the most.And it is pink for a reason.Good luck and congrats in advance.

I did learn that the white piece of paper stays on your desk for notes; the pink one is turned into the test administrator and the yellow goes under your desk with your other processions.

Heck a small yellow or pink Post Card can do wonders for prospecting in large numbers.

By the way, is this the one with the pink mud room and the green pool? 

I owned a bar with an apartment in the Dominican Republic when I went to college and It was so frustrating to be so far away and have to rely on local boots on the ground to relay data (in fact the manager spent all my cash for the project on a gambling Christmas cocaine party, ended up in jail and my boat got stolen by some Haitians trying to migrate to Florida but thats a whole different story).

If the bathroom is the old style bathroom with Pink Tub and Pink sink to match...would you just keep that and paint around that... or would you change that out?

Everything else is just cosmetic preference, and short of having shag carpeting in the bathroom with a pink bathtub, there's not much cosmetic upgrading that is going to have the impact that the major bones of the house will.
