Perhaps some other solution will be proposed (body odor sniffing technology anyone?)

I have known and smelt the odor in his apartment before and have confronted him about his smoking in the property but to no avail.

Fire damaged buildings also have very strong odors that need to be addresses.

Smoke (soot) and odor need to be dealt with.  

Nancy Neville I was under the impression that touch up paint would address normal wear and tear but if the whole place needs re painting after only 8 months (to address cigarette odor) that is above and beyond normal wear and tear and can be charged.

Spider webs, grease on the kitchen walls, and a slight odor of cat urine make it not the most visibly or scentabily the most appealing house.

So, when she moves out, I will be ripping out the carpets, painting with odor block primer, and ozone-ing the whole property.

During the inspection, the inspector even called to inquire why the water wasn't turned on and mentioned that he couldn't stay in the house for too long due to the unpleasant odor.

Does it smell like fresh paint or other re-hab odor?

Is there a farm or a plant nearby known to blanket the area with undesirable odors?
