There is a risk factor associated with the HOA and neighbours, mainly being owners, generally dislike renters and are usually justified in their feelings.

And soon, the society will run out of house to distribute to every family.Take Greece as an example.

I would feel slightly responsible if one of my tenants, a known repeat drunk driver, ran over and kill a neighbours kid.

Don't worry about keeping up with the neighbours or family, chances are what you see isn't the whole story.

Yes the tenant should be able to sort out the problem of the neighbour coming in the backyard themselves, but if they feel threatened, they can call the police.
