These will have mass competition so getting under market value is tough in most places.

I have not really found an "easy" way to do this on a mass scale, but social media specifically Linked in has served me well for finding the officers or owners of those LLC's sometimes.

This "experiment" has been attempted in multitudes or manners, ages, forms, functions and in every case, ended identically, with mass poverty, pain & suffering of the common person, and rampant corruption.

It makes me sad that the masses don't care enough to resist.I guess I'll just use cash.

It is not surprising that the mass media would concentrate on the side of the story that more people could relate to, there are many more renters than landlords.  

I'll be approaching critical mass as a landlord again after a 15 year absence due to doctor stuff where I had to sell all properties and crush my financials but I'm still topside. 

Egress and height problems as well and getting on the wrong side of 1010 Mass ave is no fun.Cash flowing in Boston at all with rentals as opposed to a conversion ain’t easy, so take the win, enjoy the pay down and buy something else

But it's not going to change existing neighborhoods in mass.
