There are still some truly high quality TK outfits around -Spartan (of course), Memphis Invest, Decas etc - but unfortunately investors do need to take ownership of their due diligence to avoid these kind of scams that are all glossy marketing and no substance.

I'm sure this varies, but I've found that smaller outfits will give you better prices, though service is sometimes slower (which may not benefit your situation).

However your correct there are many that do 40 to 80 units a year.. so in contrast I guess you could call them small potato's  but that does not mean they are not great outfits that do a very good job for the Clients.
