Regarding the back door you may need to get a lock smith in there to switch out the lock, which should not be very expensive.

If you don't want to go that route, look for a local locksmith that will do them for you and give you a master key.

If it is any other type of loan try can get a new appraisal and base the loan off that appraisal.The fsm does the rekey and maintenance.

You're going to want to contact a locksmith to open the door for you and then change the locks as the previous owner may still have the keys to the property.

In any case, I would like to get the house rekeyed on closing, so how do other investors coordinate all of this, especially out of state.Looking for any and all advice on this!
