As you drive north and around the Eugene airport (with exceptional accessibility and cheap flights to most west coast cities) there are several of the largest homebuilders such as Lennar developing communities as I type..I read an article last week that had Eugene in the top 5 cities that millennials were purchasing homes.

My OpinionThe settlement will probably be the largest change to the entire industry in our lifetime and there will be some ramifications.

I have two properties in Marco Island (Which are doing very well BTW, even with high expenses, and I also count on appreciation and since it’s an island, will always have some attraction).
