1)Buy them laptop and have them shadow me even to the job site?

I used my laptop, and found over 20 cases in under 5 minutes in which he personally was named as defendant as well as a few he was found guilty of.This made me laugh at the suckers that paid him.

My laptop is locked down, no remote access and I am not allowed to install anything foreign, including thumb drives into my laptop.

Over here no-one would work like hell when they could live on handouts and have a nice apartment, a big-screen tv, cellphone, and laptop courtesy of the ignorant taxpayers (myself included)!

But in any event, I haven't had a no-show since I started this process.Even if they call, just like a potential client did today, I still required them to fill out the application on my website and schedule a showing which can also be done on my website. then the appointment syncs with my outlook calendar (and my phone after I open outlook on my laptop) and I also receive emails which will allow me to link it to my calendar if I'm not around my computer.I can't take credit for the online scheduling.

(Every three years is a good time to upgrade though).With the desktop you can install it on your laptop and use it in the field so it is also portable that way. 

We also could pay off some 0% interest debt which would free up another ~$200/mo (These are interest free cell phone/laptop financing).

I initially set it up on my laptop and then downloaded the app so I could communicate with prospective tenants on the go.
