If you are willing to do the door knocking and find the multi family opportunities I would love to hear about anything you come across.

After about 8 months, the city rental inspector knocked on the door and the tenant let them in. 

Those I know I can knock out in a month or two with minimal help.

Hi Account Closed, when you say you are searching for properties for sale by owner, does that mean you are finding them through direct mail, door knocking, etc.. or are these listed online as "for sale by owner"?

Whether it be door knocking or just searching listings for them this can be an amazing way to spark a relationship with someone that is more experienced than you and gain some knowledge on how purchasing properties works.
