Note that if this goes well, I would want to continue making deals there.I don't think this is necessary in this day and age - plenty of direct lenders that can offer you good service and DSCR Loans for a wide variety of situations with competitive rates - easy to find here as well. 

Yes -plenty of software, but getting good people who know what they are doing is another thing.. 

Plenty of opportunity out there- you just have to know what you are looking for and what strategies/expectations are set.

Hi Brian,Fellow Triad investor hereYou’re right that multifamily inventory in this area is lacking.However, I think there are plenty of non-multifamily properties in the Triad that are conducive to house hacking. 

That should be plenty of time, especially if they are agreeable and accommodating with showing it in advance.

I have seen plenty of lots for less than $10k.

I’ve handled the sale of plenty of properties by BK trustees. if the court believes the price is fair and there are no objections, the court approves the sale.

Plenty of networking and connections to be had if you are interested.

None of them do my REI business,  but I’ve encountered plenty that have.
