ya that double click is not intuitive and there should simply be a tab that says send PM.. i wasted an hour last night trying to figure out how the heck to do these .. maybe its just us old guys or me specifically but I got to think there is better way to send a PM since this is an integral part of networking on BP.. not some secret press this then press that and there are no prompts or guidance to do that.. kind of like the Garmin 430 navigator all sorts of secret moves you can make that are not in the book.

Communicate with tenant via email, text messaging, or whatever is available.You should be able to find a software that is intuitive, makes it easier/faster to complete the time-consuming work, and provides you the data you want to track.
