Sometimes, our brain intuitively makes us think that we need to be near our properties and while this is good it is not always necessary especially now that we are staying socially distancing.

Until you have at least 20 properties, and maybe 50, intuit’s quicken is overkill and it costs $50.

You may get some good data....and possibly find out that your intuitions were wrong.

ya that double click is not intuitive and there should simply be a tab that says send PM.. i wasted an hour last night trying to figure out how the heck to do these .. maybe its just us old guys or me specifically but I got to think there is better way to send a PM since this is an integral part of networking on BP.. not some secret press this then press that and there are no prompts or guidance to do that.. kind of like the Garmin 430 navigator all sorts of secret moves you can make that are not in the book.
