I live in Palm Coast which is about 30 min south of St Augustine and 30 North of Daytona Beach Right off  I-95 for easy interstate access.  

I have $50,000+ on 0% interstate credit cards for 12-18 months.

That idea was dropped temporarily after talk of interstate commerce clause etc....Point is that this migration will certainly have some effect on real Estate, both in CA and maybe more importantly in the states where these people are moving...

With HWY 65/Interstate 80 improvements coming and more people working from home I would anticipate a further expansion of growth north from Lincoln.

Or just across Interstate 376 on the other side like Greenfield and better parts of Homestead/Munhall, Swissvale, and Wilkinsburg. 

Ie going long by nailing them to post and putting them out on the interstate after they mow for the spring.

Obviously passing through via the Interstate, just stopping for gas, or stopping for food in Sandusky on my way to Cedar Point isn't the same thing as thoroughly driving an area and getting a sense of the neighborhoods.

Location is pretty good, 30 seconds to interstate high way exit, 1 minutes to mall, and walking distance to supermarket and some national chain stores.
