ESP if it's a three story.If not, sub dividing the hot water/ steam feed will be a very interesting exercise.We did a two story by running those small diameter Aluminum stretch feed tubes that they use for gas inserts.

Technicians look at me like I am crazy when I say this but it's true.It seems the front cover placed right side up is blocking more airflow than when it is inserted upside down, in which case the vents are directly in front of the 4 burners.

If you don't want an inspection period, most sellers won't care that you didn't see the house.There may be some exceptions for those REO sellers who insert automatic inspection periods in their addendum, but generally speaking, if you offer list price, 20% EMD and no inspection period (no contingencies in general), you shouldn't have any issues with the seller.
