I've seen clickbait real estate get rich quick videos with 2million views on them so to say people aren't absolutely running with that thinking if I don't do this I'll miss out it must be easy.

.- I work anywhere from 50-60 hours a week (I work in video production).- I would have roughly 35-40 hours a week available to dedicate to progressing my real estate journey.For me, the big appeal of being an investor in syndication deals is that it is not as time intensive as other real estate ventures, so I can focus more time into progressing my career in video production and growing my income there.

Conversely, some nurses might want to "get away" from where they're working and drive up to 30 minutes away in order to enjoy a more rural, quieter rental.Safety, furnished, and ease of getting to/from work, closeness of restaurants, and "not like a hotel" types of properties are what I would look for in a rental.Would love to hear more about your real estate journey as it progresses!
