Kitchen appliances I'm finding online seem to be ~$4,000 to $8,000 (for bundle including fridge, dishwasher, stove-oven and microwave)Washer/Dryer combo looking to be ~ $1,200 - $4,000 (for both dryer/washer combo)Sinks ~ $200 - $400 So far I've only looked on Costco and Home Depot and figured I should ask the BP community before looking further.

The PM "should" check the units immediately after the tenants move out, but it's also good to check yourself, to make sure they didn't leave food in the fridge and then unplug the fridge, or leave a faucet running, or whatever.If you can, try to fix things like carpet/flooring and paint in the unit you will live in, before you move in.

So she sent me this text yesterday: "I've been talking to some electrician friends of mine and they are saying that it is a code violation to have so many outlets on one circuit, and that the outlet in the kitchen that has the fridge should be a dedicated circuit, and that that is why our power has been going out so much.
