Then we can use national building codes instead of every locality putting a spin on stuff.Look at pre-fab housing, you only need a state cert on the interiors and the time to put those projects together is <50% of running to BDS (in Portland) and hoping you can get thru quick and not run afoul of neighborhood associations.Yes, neighborhood associations serve a purpose, but their main agenda is to freeze everything once they buy a house in the neighborhood.All I have to say is I've taken 6 out-of-state builders to BDS for a pre-app and I'm batting 1.000 - They all walked away.

Also, since a 95% gas furnace will make water in the winter, consider what happens to an exterior condensate drain - if the outside pipe freezes, it could back up into the furnace or otherwise spill into the house where you don't want it.You can get an electric pump that can be plumbed into the condensate drain line.

Took another 8 months (til August 2019) to correct most of it and drop the balance to $1600, mostly accumulation of $25 late fees and interest since 2014...charges are still piling up even I asked to freeze the account while we are trying to sort it out.

This of course assumes the housing market does not drop, if it did the bank reserves the right to freeze the line (making your access to capital come to a hault).I don't think I would do a cash out refinance just to pay off the mortgage of another property.

We had it coated with a fiberglass material, NOT CHEAP, but that was >10 years ago & its held up very well given our snow load, freeze & thaw due to inside heat & then the CONSTANT rain.
