I would just have to replace a portion of the exterior wall that had an addition they removed when they prepped it for transport.

Replacing carpet with vinyl hardwood, interior and exterior paint, replace A/C unit, minor concrete work etc.

Im also curious, what type of marketing are you doing in your area (ie: flyers, door hangers, pens, calendars, magnets) to create a presence?

Second story has 8ft ceilings, is heated and cooled by central HVAC and as Steven mentioned, has a bathroom, windows and access to the exterior of the house.  

I use a magnet bar to store knives, scissors, etc. 

I had an engineer look at it and although the conclusion was the building is structurally sound, the city wants me to address the engineer's suggestions including some foundation and structural reinforcements and exterior work.  

Howe High School is a nearby magnet school, there is an elementary school there and the community association meets at the community center at the park.I am happy with this purchase.

This house was only used for exterior shots and the rest was filmed on a set.

I do not recommend patch of land, after having the report for a week they requested and engineers report the day before closing because the pain on the exterior was chipped. 

I've painted houses in Detroit 3 different times exterior wise.
