End of year tax report takes a little tweaking, but YNAB allows you to export to a CSV file for further editing before turning over to your tax accountant.

If you export any report as a PDF, they can all be downloaded into a tablet :)

Still, easiest way would be to own under your name and bill the company a per mile cost for usage by using a device like Automatic, which can track every single trip you take and using IFFTT, it can export it into a Google spreadsheet for you to hand to your accountant. 

It also allows you to capture email addresses and export them into a CRM so you can run targeted marketing campaigns to guests that have stayed in your units.

It is the tag and category that lets QRPM export each property's income and allowable expenses to the proper place on Schedule E in TurboTax.

On another thought, do you have a spreadsheet that is exported from the Argus program?

I did find it to be better for import/export type of business IMO.

These are regularly exported and essentailly collectible commodities. 

Their main exports Iron, Petroleum, Sugar cane, and soybeans.
