Moisture is not good but if there’s no damage/corrosion of the live equipment then it’s not necessary yet and your better off dealing with the source of the moisture.

@Eamonn McElroy I definitely wasn’t considering DIY’ing any of this lol just wanted to start the conversation in the right location to figure out who to contact first.I use a CPA for my current dealings and consulted an attorney when I set everything up but neither is equipped for something like this.

If they're unhappy because some other child is being selfish with some of the equipment in the park, it is not the time to distract them with a treat but rather to teach them empathy and how A) some kids don't learn to take turns, and that's an objectively bad thing, and B) why I demand that he takes turns himself rather than hog the favored piece of equipment all to himself.

The $1000 should cover the day to day maintenance items that pop up (water leaks, equipment/appliance repairs, etc), but what it won't cover are the big ticket CapEx expenses (different than maintenance) that you should be budgeting for each month (i.e. a roof being replaced every 20yrs, etc).
