When using QuickBooks software here is what to look for:- QuickBooks Desktop--- One-time pay - recommend upgrading every three years--- I recommend the Premier or Enterprise version to view Balance Sheet by Property- QuickBooks Online--- Subscription model cheaper when paid annually and 1st year is 50% off--- I recommend the Plus version for everyone or Advanced.
