Juts make sure who you bring ain’t a criminal enterprise, a junkie looking to cut down on copping commute.

It is also in an enterprise zone so its only 3.5% tax. i tried to post the number but this site would not let me. 

Has everyone set up an enterprise holding company and open a brand new LLC for each new property?
