Another thing you should do is to find a location for your office that does not have too many distractions.  

Finally, I have found that as long as I have a real estate project going, it keeps me interested (or at least distracted) enough to get me through the day to day slog.  

Depending on your financially worth you might want to consider an office and its location and how many distractions it has that will effect you.  

Get the guy distracted long enough so that she's not as interesting. 

One other thing you should do is to select an office tharf is convince and few distractions.
