When scanning the mls or some website like realtor.com, if the property does not have any pictures displayed how should one interpret the situation?

The ads you see around the page are served from the Google Display Network.  

As I was writing this, I thought of an idea of even giving up all my profits to a good-quality buyer just as a display of me being serious about this and in it for the long run.

Instead type "@Dmitriy" and then scroll down and you will see my full name displayed below the comment box.

You can do the same exact thing with Bandit signs displaying you have a property and then same rules apply.

Can anyone tell me how to change the settings so my full name isn't displayed in the forum?

I'm a soldier in the United states army in the brink of retirement and I wish I had the guts that you are displaying to get started in this business at such a young age.

Their selection *looks* more extensive than HD or Lowe's, but I also think some of that is down to how Menards builds their in-store displays and shelves.Usually I find HD has better prices on the same material. 

For example, I watched a show (can't remember which) in which the "net profit" the hosts displayed at the end didn't include any sales commission for the selling agent, no closing costs, no holding & interest costs, etc. etc.
