I can retrieve the message through my cell phone by calling the service, or I can access it via the website, which stores them, and yuou can play the message right on your computer.

If you mean by saying I'll be there from 2:00 to 3:00 EST on 00/00/2008 I can do that but in waiting for someone to show up I'd find something else to do while waiting....Something that might help it would be that if you could turn on a sound so when another person joined your computer would beep at you.

Welcome to BiggerPockets.It's 1978 and it is a federal law that you must provide your tenants with the "Protecting your family from lead in your home" booklet and have them sign the lead disclosure form.To find the booklet just google for the title above and you can download a pdf and print it out on your computer.
