Some areas require lead and asbestos inspections and abatement design on the age of the house before issuing a permit for demo.

@Michael P.Once I meet with my builder I will post a more accurate number but I don’t think it should take more than 150k due to the exterior and demo already being done.

We put this one on the backburner since we have another active flip going on but, in the case that we have to get rid of it for whatever reason we rather resell in the current condition vs spend the money for demo. 

Closed yesterday on flip, started demo this am, was notified at noon that sale was voided due to sellers POA illegally signed closing docs because seller passed last week with no will.

Start by helping crews with demo, and then helping hang cabinets, etc. 

We are 90% done with demo and are about to order cabinets.

Buy the land with the mobile home on it because she can't pay off the loan until she closes, and won't want to demo before closing in case you back out then post an ad for a free mobile home if someone can haul it away, if it is in halfway decent shape you'll probably find someone to be able to take it.
