Purchasing a sellers land without the torn down mobile home
I have a seller and am purchasing her land without the mobile home which is currently there. The mobile home has costs far to much to repair to add into the deal. I need help with a solution to help my seller get out of her loan on her mobile home which is 24k remaining payoff amount. Also, the repairs costs would be well close to 20k. Any suggestions on how to approach this?
