Sure, but I agree that until you really know your problems with scale you can't justify the cost of a custom or premium software solution.

I’m of the opinion that when my contractor gets there biweekly to mow the lawn is fast enough to change them but we do pride ourselves on good customer relations.

Treat the customer with respect, provide safe and desirable products,   purchased at the right price and condition, provide quality management  and anyone can be successful no matter what the product or market.  

I thought the main advantage would be the ability to micro-manage your portfolio, customizing your vendor list according to each property and coordinating with a dedicated leasing agent.
