Hi Shakti, As a lender we do work with US-visa holders as long as they have an established credit score in the US.

I did hear back from TrueBooks and they had my return ready for me to review, but there was a tax credit missing, so we’re back to waiting for them to make corrections 😫 

We have credit scores over 730 and have been "soft approved" for around $750k. 

The property should have more impact than credit for hard money, but if you have never used the company, you are probably looking at 14 pct and 2-3 points now.

What documents do they require, what credit scores do they allow, how do they verify previous rental history, etc.?
