To be perfectly honest the worst kept secret in Real Estate is that Property Management is the red headed step child of the industry.

Here is my situation I grew up with slumlords my parents paid all cash for thirteen properties.

another maybe odd thing i worry about is it's a bit in the country, with 4 doors right next to each other i worry the tenants could fight, drama, drug deals, noise complaints, i have no idea but it just seems a bit strange. the layout just seems very conducive to drama, 4 door out front literally spaced ten ft apart with nothing else directly around and one big parking lot out front.another concern i have is, i understand there are laws limiting how many people can be in apt. these being 1 bed 1 bath, thats room for what 1 couple, and one child at most?

My plan right now is to stay at home for a year after college and save as close to 100% of my salary as I can (parents are happy to cover a lot of my expenses).

Also, we cannot relocate to another state at this time due to co-parenting, so we do need to continue living here in Las Vegas for another 6 years. 

We are parents to an 11 year old daughter, 2 dogs, and 3 parakeets and love that our house is like an every day enchanted forest.

You might want it to go to your parents, or a sibling, or maybe a child you have.If you're investing with a partner I would use tenants in common instead of joint tenancy; however, if it is an investment I would highly recommend some entity own the property and have the documents for that entity describe exactly what happens to the property in different situations.I hope that help clarify some different situations when one type of ownership is better than another.

Her grand parents own duplex outside of NY.

Child tested very low but lead did not come from housing.

You could leave one in every room on a high shelf, inaccessible to a child.
