Just make sure you find sets that have easier assembly usually with cam locks like Ikea does, and make sure they have soft close hinges and dovetail drawers are usually the basic features you want to be of better quality.

@Cam Freeman, I use Zillow for my listings, and use their full suite of services: application and background check through Zillow, use their form leases, and even collect rent through them.  

(I have 4 tenants with EKM meters)  Charging CAM is also a pain in the butt, and if there is a company that helps with that I would love to know about it.  

The cap rate value will depend on location, structures of the leases with length for term, whether mom and pop, regional, or national tenants, rent increases annually or every 5 years, etc.If the tenants you get to lease up are mom and pop to regional they might not pay the rent per sq ft base before CAM that was used to for the project and profit expectations.

Who is the best attorney to look into bad practices by hard money  I have the same problem when the lender didn’t cam me any funds for the draw.
