If the use of the funds are for business purposes, like investing in real-estate, you will have an easier chance of qualifying for a loan documentation and income wise.

For a company new into the servicing business, they are off to a very bad start.

Alabama is very business friendly and there isn’t nearly as much competition there as some markets.

I also own a water restoration and general maintenance business in the area and the amount of STR owners that we have spoken with is insane.  

We know that investing in real estate means building a business that incorporates the right investment strategy, tax & legal plan, financing, retirement planning, insurance & estate planning. 

Yes, operations is a big part of that, especially for anyone that wants to be a business for the long-term.If I were you, I would be talking to office brokers about partnering more than an online forum.   

I'm doing a refi on a multi-family building right now with a lender I found here on the BiggerPockets Lender Finder - https://www.biggerpockets.com/business/finder/lenders They've been able to help me get a DSCR loan which others on this post have mentioned and they've been pretty quick should be able to close before the new year in less than 3 weeks from when I started the process!

We currently accept rent from tenants using a variety of 3rd party apps-Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle but are moving away from accepting payments in our individual names and want to start accepting payments directly to the LLC/business accounts, but LLC accounts do not accept Zelle and there is a fee for using business accounts on Venmo.

My understanding is an E2 Visa is an investor Visa (ie. you need to buy a business) OR you can piggyback off an existing E2 holder.
