My thought process is that if they run their business right, they have terms set up with suppliers and subs so upfront money should not be needed.  

Then there are a ton of companies the repackage and resell data from primary suppliers like credit reporting companies and Lexis Nexus.Most sell one day or one month packages, so you can try a few out.

MF PMCs work with these vendors and that is less prevalent with SFR PMCs and smaller MF properties; so, if you can break into using those vendors and suppliers, it's a game changer.Hope this helps.

Have the insurance company do the repair temporarily until they find a supplier with the bricks you need.Your other option would be to remove bricks from a less conspicuous location on your building and use those to repair the pillar, use new bricks to rebuild where you removed them from.
