New guy on the block here! 

As someone that receives 100s of pieces of marketing, texts, and calls in a given month I can tell you that I put everything I get from some sort of automated caller/mailing system directly in the trash or just lose/block the number.

Not sure what your price range is but obviously ocean block would rent more frequently for more $. 

They immediately contacted management to let them know one of the tubs doesn't drain and the water gets warm but not hot. 

It's a blocking and tackling, play the long game market right now.

Cleveland is one of the best cash flow cities in Ohio, but it can really go neighborhood by neighborhood and block by block in some areas on the east side, so you really want to lean on that expertise from your local agent / broker.  

@Theresa HarrisThere is one property that’s on my block they had split up and built a adu behind their home.

I can say this - we live in NC and currently use Block Realty here for our property management and the different is night and day.

That would be for a very high end full house with weekly cleaning and amazing furnishings one block from Broadway or the track.  

I could have sued to block the sale but that would have delayed me getting some money back.
