Honestly, a lot of luck and finding an end buyer who was awesome to work with.

I found a few things, and my attorney did too, that seemed risky about the deal, and I was wondering if this is the norm The deal seemed awesome with a fix and flip potential of over $60K net to be made.

It just seems near impossible to "buy right" in this state when you take taxes into consideration and come out with $100+ per unit per month.It would be awesome to find someone willing to do owner financing.
