You know that people can be arrested for abuse of animals or elder abuse or child abuse; if the stuff that I've seen in some houses were treated similarly, the owners would be arrested for housing abuse :)

Overall it was a huge mess.And our complex had a security guard on duty after 6 pm.Who got evicted, the lady and her baby after the guy was dead.Ya a little bit of Pot doesn't hurt anybody or Jeopardize anybody's tenancy.My experiences and I guess the way I do business is to try and protect my property and my other residents as best I can from people abusing illegal substances, and bringing other people to my property that can cause trouble.

I like it in a way that it would force those whom abuse the system to find work, but those that really need the programs would severely be hindered. its a win lose situation and so not so good... even though this is the system we are moving to.

This lets me know in more detail the problem and if they tenant is abusing the item to let them know they will be charged for repairs due to excessive wear and tear by the tenant.
