This is less expensive.The broker for the 2nd quote assures me that he spoke with the insurance under writer and that the HO3 policy is correct for my property.

We are also interested in any ideas posters have, as our agents work with MFH investors and often do a LOT of work to walk properties and then get paid nothing, because the investor puts an offer in on their own, or with another agent, or they pull out of the contract during the contract window.Has anyone ever seen a RE representation agreement with a "kill fee" in addition to a commission rate, like writers can sometimes get in the publishing world when an editor kills a piece they were going to publish so that the writer at least gets something for the work they did?
