Looking to house hack again but this time into a 3 or 4 family.The first lender I am getting pre approved from ran the 'situation' (I do not see it as much of a situation) by his under writer and got the following response, *****I don’t think this is going to work.

He is a prolific writer and very experienced in that marketGino

It ended up being about 60 days because the under writers were being a pain, losing paperwork etc.
