I may be biased living in Dallas but there isn't a ton about Miami that intrigues me outside of potentially STRs but even then they're going to get used/abused.

Once you get past the technical side of a foreclosure, how it happens, why it happens, etc... your left with the fact that some property has been repossessed by the lender, or surrendered back to a lenders possession.. it’s probably not cared for, been off the grid and vacant and perhaps abused in the process....but with a bunch of research, careful due diligence and homework to assure your buying it right or passing on it, you may be able to buy a great property well below market.. far enough below market to rehab and remarket and or own it as a rental with a good portion of real equity on day one after rehab.

Make a policy that is identical for RACE as it is to AGE, SEXUAL PREFERENCE, LAWFUL OCCUPATION... etc. 

This is a particularly disturbing situation with a gross and egregious abuse of power.

Small things that the renters abuse but not fixed.

I know it's really tough to find the correct property management @Alex Aguilar because there is so much abuse.

Hi Minh, there is a bus tour that you can take around the beltline that helps you see the condition of each neighborhood.

They call for help and are upsold into a Bus Tour or 3-day seminar or long-distance "Mentoring", all for a small phenomenal fee.

Last but not least let's not forget all the massive protests in recent months which are a reflection of the unrest within and the dissatisfaction of the people with corruption ,inequality and human rights abuses.

One thing I would like to note: I have taken the abusers to court for non-payment of rent, and chances to recover those rents are slim to none.
