Scattering tons of ofers on many short sales from an investor standpoint is how the "numbers game" is played.

We have these mega stations scattered across Texas called Buc-ee's, and their latest constructions are "travel centers" built on about 20 acres with over 60 gas pumps.

Just stay focused, prioritize, try not to be scatter brained, and take a deep breath.

There are just a few bad neighborhoods scattered out.
