@Arthur Zaragoza there are a few lending companies that will do non recourse for CA and AU buyers.rates are higher but if you get a good deal it could mitigate lost opportunity costs.good luck in your searchRemember your investment if you choose to buy a rental will succeed or fail on PM

I am currently looking for my first investment property in the dc area(cheap areas in prince georges county) where I plan to buy and hold.I am interested in a particular home, however I'm not sure it's value.
